CHD Tubing Spider
Arabian Drilling Tools introduces the Model CHD Tubing Spider, designed to handle tubulars ranging from 1.315” to 5.1/2”. This versatile spider can be operated both manually and pneumatically, with a load capacity of 125 tons.
Our Tubing Spiders are manufactured in strict compliance with API-7K specifications, supported by a valid API-7K License. Each spider is crafted from high-grade alloy steel and undergoes heat treatment to enhance its mechanical properties. We ensure top quality through extensive testing, including tensile tests, impact tests, magnetic particle inspections, and proof load tests, among others. This spider can be used on a rotary table with an adapter plate that fits into the square drive master bushing or pin drive master bushing, centering the spider on the rotary table.
