Arabian Drilling Tools make Bit Breaker Adapter Plate for Tubing Spider in two models:
- For Pin Drive Master Bushing: The Four Pin Type Bit Breaker Adapter Plate is suitable for the Pin Drive Master Bushing, designed to fit into four pin holes securely.
- For Square Drive Master Bushing: The Bottom Square Type Plates are designed to easily fit into the square segment of the master bushing.

Hinged Casing Spider

Safety Clamps
Arabian Drilling Tools manufactures safety clamps, which are mechanical devices attached to tool strings or flush surface tubulars as they are assembled or disassembled. The safety clamps prevents the tool string from being dropped downhole accidentally if the slips or elevators securing the string lose their grip.
Multipurpose Safety Clamps are safe and convenient equipment designed to hold all types of tubulars during installation. Made from high-grade alloy steel that is duly hardened and tempered, these safety clamps provide exceptional strength. All safety clamps undergo a series of rigorous tests, including ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing.
These safety clamps can also be used while running in large-diameter surface casing, handling drilling risers and casing heads during installation, and lifting pre-packed gravel liners. The multi-link design provides uniform pressure around the pipe, minimizing the risks of crushing the pipe or damaging the surface.
Safety clamps are available in sizes ranging from 2.7/8” to 36”.
Type C Safety Clamps
Arabian Drilling Tools manufactures Type C Safety Clamps, which are vital tools for ensuring rig floor safety and secure casing operations. These clamps are primarily used to prevent the accidental dropping of flush joint pipe, drill collars, fishing tools, gravel pack liners, and wash pipe.
The Type C Safety Clamp features a tapered gripping system, where each link is fitted with a spring-loaded insert that acts as an independent gripping element. This wedge-style design ensures that the clamp tightens more firmly as the pull increases, preventing slippage and providing consistent control over the tubular. The interconnected links apply uniform gripping pressure around the pipe, reducing the risk of deformation or crushing, especially on thinner-walled tubulars.
For additional functionality, when equipped with hold-down ears and inverted, the Type C Clamp can also be used as a hold-down device to counter surface pipe flotation during cementing operations.
It is important to note that Type C Safety Clamps are not designed to support the entire string weight and must always be used in combination with slips. For enhanced stability during operations, the Type CL model is available with a double screw arrangement.
